Most clinicians are not trained in the latest headache treatments.
The Haven team is.
Haven’s proven approach to treating headache and migraine was developed with doctors from leading headache centers.

Call to schedule your in-depth initial appointment

Your care navigator will verify your insurance and payment information and schedule a time for you to meet with a Haven headache specialist.
Meet your clinician and get your custom headache attack plan

Once they fully understand your health history, triggers, and what treatments you’ve tried in the past, your clinician will create a detailed headache attack plan. They’ll reference the most up-to-date research to recommend medications, lifestyle tips, and guidance that are right for you.
Track your progress as your symptoms improve

Haven will check in with you regularly to keep track of how you’re feeling and make note of new trends and triggers, so your clinician can continue to evolve and improve your treatment plan.
If needed, Haven will connect you with in-person care

Haven will refer you to trusted local providers for in-person procedures, urgent care and in-home rescue care, as needed.

No. Haven treats multiple headache conditions, including migraine with or without aura, vestibular migraine, cluster headache, menstrual headache, post-concussion headache, long COVID headache, daily persistent headache, and tension headache.
Haven's published treatment approach includes medication recommendations and prescriptions when clinically appropriate. Treatment may also include lifestyle guidance, preventive options, and recommendations for in-person procedures depending on your needs.
Haven currently provides care to adults age 18 and older in California. Patients may use qualifying insurance coverage or the available cash-pay option. Haven states that it does not currently accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal.
