We’ve redesigned headache care to put patients in the driver’s seat

Dr. Hindiyeh is a UCNS-certified headache specialist and former Associate Professor of Neurology at Stanford University, where she treated patients, led over 25 clinical trials as the Director of Headache Clinical Research and instructed headache fellows and neurology residents.

Dr. Hutchinson is a UCNS-certified headache specialist and the founder of the Orange County Migraine & Headache Center in Irvine, California. The driving passion in her life is to alleviate the suffering from migraine in patients’ lives and to help give them their lives back.

Dr. Blumenfeld is a UCNS-certified headache specialist, board-certified neurologist, and is one of the developers of the Botox for migraine protocol. He is also an avid researcher and holds 27 patents related to headache treatment.

Alicia is a Nurse practitioner who is a highly experienced provider specializing in migraine and pain management. With over a decade of clinical experience, she has expertise in advanced migraine treatments, including interventional therapies, neuromodulation techniques, and functional medicine approaches.

Theresa is a Nurse Practitioner with over 29 years of experience at Stanford Health Care, where she worked within the Division of Pain Medicine. She is a nationally recognized clinician, speaker, author and thought leader in the field of pain management and has also developed a clinical subspecialty in headache management.

Izac is the inspiration for Haven, having been diagnosed with migraine at age two. Izac is a design & product leader with 14 years of experience specializing in operationally complex businesses. As an early employee at Collective Health, he spent five years leading 0-1 initiatives. He also helped Alto Pharmacy and

Samora is a generalist operator with experience in product, operations, and business development. He was part of the early Product team at Collective Health, where he owned all of the member-facing touch-points, drove 0-1 projects on the member side, and helped enable the service models on many of the internal operations teams.

Matt is an experienced engineering leader who has a deep understanding of the technical/security requirements of healthcare regulation. He was also the first engineer at Collective Health, where he had a hand in recruiting most of the early Eng org and built out many of the core technical systems.

Haley is a seasoned operator with over 10 years of experience working in early-stage health tech companies, including Collective Health and Modern Health. She's passionate about building products and experiences that make healthcare easier and more accessible.

Sonia is a design leader, strategist, researcher, and wrangler of complex problems with 20 years of experience building services that people love and that truly improve their lives. She has led the design of new digital healthcare products from the ground up at Waymark, Collective Health, and three other early-stage health tech companies.

Saurav Singh is a seasoned software engineer with over ten years of experience developing complex systems. He has held key roles at companies like Facebook, Niantic, Riverbed Technology, and Liftoff Mobile, specializing in scalable software solutions. Now at Haven, he brings his expertise to help transform headache care through technology.

Jackie is a seasoned engineer with over a decade of experience working at both start-ups and large companies. She believes technology should make people’s lives better, not more complicated. She’s passionate about building things that help people live healthier lives.
