When Wellness Culture Is Not Enough for Migraine
You have tried the cold plunge, the magnesium, the better sleep app. Helpful, maybe. But migraine is a neurological disease, and sometimes it takes a clinician who treats it for a living. That is who you meet at Haven.

Why Santa Monica Needs a Virtual Headache Specialist
Good hospitals sit close by. A headache specialist who can see you soon is another story. Demand for the subspecialty runs well past the few clinicians who practice it, so even with UCLA nearby a first appointment can be months out. Then you have to get there, which on the Westside means the 405 and a parking structure, both rough when light and motion already make your head worse. People with commercial insurance wait around 50 days on average for that first neurology visit.
Haven skips the whole ordeal. You meet your specialist over video, usually within a few weeks, from wherever you are in Santa Monica. Most patients here come in on a tech or studio PPO plan we are in-network with. If you later need Botox or a nerve block, we arrange it with a trusted Westside provider.

Most clinicians are not trained in the latest headache treatments.
The Haven team is.
Haven’s proven approach to treating headache and migraine was developed with doctors from leading headache centers.

Meet your clinician and get your custom headache attack plan

Track your progress as your symptoms improve

Haven will check in with you regularly to keep track of how you’re feeling and make note of new trends and triggers, so your clinician can continue to evolve and improve your treatment plan.
