🚀 What drew you to Haven: The passion of Haven's founding team was tangible during the interview process. As we've more than tripled since I've started, I love that I get to work with a tight-knit, dedicated team. Though Haven is still in its early days, the expertise throughout the organization is impressive. Haven doesn't just talk the talk, but also walks the walk. I also love that the work that I do daily has an impact, both on our patients and our internal team. Working closely with patients is a special place to be -- Haven centers the patient experience, ensuring that folks receive the care and attention they deserve.

🔄 Dream Job-Swap for a day: Haven has an excellent Design team! I'm constantly impressed by how thoughtful they are about the patient experience. I'd love to join their team for a day to see how they work through tricky problems with folks across the entire company.

🔥 Current Obsession: I love sci-fi and Ursula Le Guin is one of my favorite authors. I just finished re-reading The Dispossessed, required reading!
