🚀 Why I joined Haven: After years in neurology, I joined Haven Headache to offer patients the deep listening and comprehensive care they've been missing. I love empowering individuals with a blend of holistic strategies and targeted medical treatments to fix the root of their pain.

🔄 If you could swap jobs with anyone else at Haven for just one day, whose job would you want and why? If I could swap roles for a day, I’d dive headfirst into Tech Development. As a provider, I spend my days trying to decode the complex, invisible patterns of migraine pain; I’d love to see how our tech team translates those human experiences into beautiful, seamless digital tools. Plus, I’ve always wanted to see if I could code a 'mute button' for photophobia directly into our app!

🔥 Current Obsession: When I’m not treating patients, you can usually find me covered in flour. I'm currently obsessed with mastering the science of a perfect sourdough loaf and decoding my husband’s family archives to recreate authentic Italian heritage recipes.

🎉 Fun Fact: I’m a former college All-American athlete! I live and breathe sports, and that competitive, team-first energy is exactly how I approach patient care. I love partnering with people who are ready to crush their health goals so they can stay active, strong, and unstoppable well into old age.
