Samantha Clem is a board-certified physician assistant with over ten years of experience specialized in headache medicine and full-spectrum primary care. She currently provides telehealth care for various headache disorders at Haven Headache & Migraine Center and holds an Advanced Qualification in Headache Medicine from the National Headache Foundation. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive clinical expertise in specialized procedures such as Botox injections for chronic migraine, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections. Her background includes significant roles at the University of Washington Medical Center and Providence Medical Group, where she served as an Epic Superuser and a mentor for evidence-based headache diagnosis.
